ARCTIC DIGITAL INDEX · 2027

Evidence. Context. Clear priorities.

This framework sets out the planned ADI assessment: how the sample is selected, evidence recorded and findings interpreted.

01

Sample

60 businesses: 40 in the Capital Region and 20 in North Iceland, across six sectors. The sample is purposive, not nationally representative.

02

Evidence

Only traceable public evidence and company-owned material. Inference is separated from fact, and unverified items are labelled.

03

Scoring

Eight dimensions are scored from 0–4. At least 80% coverage is required before an overall view is shown. Weighting remains undecided.

04

Publication

Businesses have an opportunity to correct facts. Private data, personal information and unverified claims do not enter a public edition.

Eight dimensions
